Lauren Garverick, LMT

Lauren has enjoyed being a massage therapist for over 7 years. Her initial training took place at the Baltimore School of Massage and since then she has continued her studies in myo-facial release, Thai massage, trigger point therapy as well as a variety of energetic balancing techniques and nutrition therapy. 
Lauren is a strong therapist with a sensitive touch.  She  specializes in deep tissue/  fusion massage and strives to personalize each massage to suit her client's needs.
