PDX Massage Therapists


Lacy Dillon – Lacy Dillon, LMT is a graduate of Florida College of Natural Health, and has been doing bodywork professionally for the last four years.  She specializes in Deep tissue, Craniosacral therapy, Swedish, and Myofascial release.  Lacy is passionate about assisting the body in healing itself, helping people decrease pain, and teaching her clients how they can continue wellness throughout their lives.

Daniel Krueger – A graduate of East West in Portland OR, Daniel has done more than 11,000 treatments since 2007.  Most of that time, he worked closely with a chiropractor and specialized in pain and injury management.  His Preferred modalities are Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Nuad Bo Rarn (Advanced Traditional Thai Massage), Myofascial Release, Shiatsu, and Second Degree Reiki.  His practice is based on ethics, kindness, and skill.  Every session is customized to the specific needs of each individual client, with the goal of making them feel better.

Kate Pope – Kate has been practicing as an LMT for the past four years, and is a graduate of East West College of the Healing Arts, Portland OR.  Her areas of expertise include: Deep Tissue, Mayan Abdominal Therapy, and Craniaosacral Therapy.  She is committed to creating greater body awareness so that clients can become aware of imbalances in their bodies before life impacting injuries occur.

Paul Stoaks – Paul is a 2012 graduate of Oregon School of Massage.  He is amazed by the human body and loves learning about how it works.  Paul’s specialties include Relaxation, Deep Tissue, and Foot Massage.  “I love making peoples’ day better.  Knowing someone leaves their session with me in a lighter and healthier place is very gratifying.”

Deborah Wöhrmann – As a 2016 graduate of East West in Portland OR, Deborah is excited to share her preferred therapeutic modalities which include: Craniosacral, Shiatsu, intuitive and therapeutic touch, stress and trauma relief, gentle stretching, Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial Release.  Her work is based on a passion for supporting clients to feel at ease and pain-free in body, mind, and spirit.

Elizabeth Wadnizak – Elizabeth has been practicing massage for the last six years since she graduated from East West in Portland OR.  Her modalities of choice are Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Thai Massage.  She is most passionate about initiating the body’s healing response, and then educating her clients so that they can continue to heal themselves long after they have left the spa.

Sergio Jiminez – Sergio studied massage at Anthem College in Portland, OR, and has been practicing since 2014.  His areas of expertise are Pre-natal, Relaxation, and Trigger Point.  The thing about massage therapy that he’s the most passionate about is the body itself– knowing how it works, how it comes together, and how to fix it when it’s not working properly– like solving a puzzle.

Laura Eastmond – Laura has been practicing Deep Tissue, Craniosacral, and TuiNa since her graduation from East West in Portland OR in 2012.  Her philosophy in her massage work with her clients is “Deep pressure comes with deep listening.”

Tim Rautio – Tim went to Anthem College in Portland, OR, graduated in 2014, and has been a therapist for the past three years. His focus is Deep Tissue Massage and Therapeutic Massage for healing injuries by addressing the root causes.  He also specializes in Orthopedic Massage and is an expert in neck, shoulder, and jaw issues.  He believes in treating not just his clients’ complaints, but the original causes of those problems.  Tim enjoys educating his clients about self-care and preventing future injuries.

Allie Fletcher – Allie Graduated in 2015 from the University of Western States (the second oldest Chiropractic school in the world), and has been practicing massage ever since.  Her areas of expertise include Deep tissue, Swedish, Pregnancy, Lymphatic Drainage, and Hot Stone.  Her favorite type of massage is a Therapeutic Swedish Massage – a relaxing massage while also using deeper pressure to “unlock” tight  muscles and to stretch out fascia and tissue tension.   Her treatment philosophy is to stretch every day.  Her goal in every treatment is to help clients to become more aware of their bodies and muscles so that they can work together on relieving muscle pain/tension so that they can live the best life possible and enjoy life with as few aches and pains as possible.

Nye Walker – Nye went to East West College of Healing Arts, and was licenced in 2012.  He has been a practicing LMT ever since.  He specializes in medical and orthopedic massage. He is also trained in Craniosacral Therapy, and is an assistant instructor in Visceral Manipulation through the Barral Institute.  He does his best work when helping to solve the underlying soft tissue issues of pain and orthopedic dysfunction, and his passion is getting to the root of issues to educate clients about how to solve them long term.

Kimmy Hale – Kimmy trained at a small school called Ashmeade in Portland and graduated in 2005. She specializes in Myofascial Release and Somatic methods. While working at the Portland Airport, she really loves helping people with headaches and neck pain from long flights. Her treatment philosophy is: There is no replacement for intelligent touch.
