We made this for you.

Just yesterday, a patient asked me which I like better – treating people or teaching about health and wellness. I’ve asked myself the same question many times. I told him I thought I’d miss it if I never got to work with people one-on-one, but that I believe I can potentially do more good through teaching. When I work with a patient directly, I’m able to help one person get pretty close to a state of optimal health, whereas when I create an article or course, perhaps the result is a few thousand people get 10% of the way there.

Of course, this isn’t something that can really be quantified, and the impact of an article, book, or video depends on all sorts of variables from the quality of the teachings to who the audience is and what they do with it. My point is that, especially as we wade through a sea of bombastic media and political turmoil, if I can push a few thousand people even a little bit in the right direction, I’m happy with that.

I’d like to go further than “a little bit” though. Over the past couple months, I’ve been sharing excerpts from my and Briana’s new book, The Well Life, and I genuinely hope and believe that the teachings we present will have a significant and lasting positive effect on many people’s lives. In an effort to ensure that impact, we created an accompanying course called The Well Life: Foundation that we’re offering for free to anyone who buys the book during our launch period.

We believe that true wellness goes beyond a functional mind and body. It translates to a life of peace, balance, and happiness. A life in which we feel aligned with our purpose and able to achieve meaningful success. A life full of supportive, loving relationships, ample income, and a spiritual connection.

As this expanded definition of wellness emerged in our work with our clients, we began developing a way to teach people how to create such a well life. In our book, we explain our approach through three elements called Structure, Sweetness, and Space. You can learn more by picking up a copy HERE, and the free Foundation course will give you the support you need to establish self-care practices that will provide a base for your future health and growth.

Our intention is to help facilitate the healing and evolution of the world. We’d love for you to join us.

Be well,

Dr. Peter Borten
